The Flir T-60 is compatible with your standard day optic, it was designed to interface with the Trijicon Adcanced Combat Optical Gunsight (ACOG) Model TA31 4x32. In order to present the soldier with the same FOV (field of view) and long range target acquisition, while maintaining the original boresight.

A high resolution 640x480 Longwave thermal imaging sensor provides a crisp image even through total darkness, fog, smoke, dust, and many other obscurants. The multi-use design makes it mission flexible for use as either a thermal weapon scope of even as a rugged hand held imager for scouting, surveillance and covert operations. The Bellows Eye Cup eliminates illumination of the operator from the view finder.

There is an integrated laser pointer option for remote targeting. The Flir T-60 is durable and was designed and tested to withstand thousands of rounds of rapid fire gun shock
